Your bathroom is the first room you see in the morning and the last one at night. If yours still has a cramped fiberglass tub, worn grout, or a vanity that's falling apart, you feel it every single day. We fix that — and we do it without the contractor headaches you've heard about over the fence. Owner Alex Bautista walks you through every decision, from tile samples to fixture finishes, so there's no guesswork and no surprise costs. Homeowners across the area rely on our Centreville bathroom remodeling work for exactly that reason.
The details are where we earn the recommendation: frameless glass showers with perfectly aligned tile lines, custom oak vanities with precise joinery, heated floor systems that make winter mornings easier. We protect your living space, clean the jobsite every day, and keep your home usable while we work. Neighbors in Chantilly get the same standard — same crew, same care.
Worried about the budget? Your estimate spells out the full scope in writing before we start, and nothing changes without your approval. For larger projects, financing options through Virginia Credit Union can spread the investment into comfortable payments. Many clients also pair their bathroom with a kitchen remodel, and we plan both so your home stays livable throughout.
Our Craftsmanship
Premium work shows up close. Here's the level of finish we deliver in bathrooms across Centreville, Chantilly, Fair Lakes, and Fair Oaks — tile lines, joinery, and transitions we'd be proud to hand over in our own homes.
Same room, same camera angle — completely different home. These transformations show what happens when dated builder-grade bathrooms get the full Gigi Homes treatment.

What can I say. Alex and his team did an incredible job with our hallway bathroom renovation. They were fast but thorough. Detail oriented. Clean. Courteous. Always on time. Stayed late when needed. This was a total gut job. Removing the bathtub and putting in a walk in shower. The process of picking out materials was super easy. We provided the inspiration, they provided the recommendations. All around an A+ experience. We will be starting a new project soon and Alex / GiGi Homes and Construction will be our go to provider. Thank you for everything!!!

Had renovations done to my bathroom and kitchen last month. From beginning to end, I had a great experience. Mr Bautista was patient as I was indecisive. He walked me through each step of planning. The contractor and crew, paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, and cared about keeping the remaining spaces useable. The final results, were beautiful. Better than I ever imagined. It all came within the budget we discussed. Plan on using them for finishing my basement. Would highly recommend.

I recently hired Gigi Homes to remodel my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. They helped me choose the right materials, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was done to perfection. The workmanship is excellent, and the bathroom looks stunning—modern, clean, and exactly how I envisioned it. What I appreciated most was their communication and respect for my home. They kept the work area tidy and made sure I was updated every step of the way. I highly recommend Gigi Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled remodeling company.

Look for a licensed, local contractor with verifiable reviews, a written scope, and a warranty behind the work. Gigi Homes and Construction is family-owned and based right here in Centreville, with a 4.9-star rating across 91 Google reviews. Rather than guess, we visit your home, walk through your ideas, and give you a written estimate that spells out the full scope — no hidden fees, no surprises after the contract is signed. The free quote is exactly that: free, and pressure-free.
Not necessarily — we guide design decisions as part of every bathroom remodel. We'll walk you through material selections step by step, from tile and vanity finishes to fixtures and lighting, and put samples in your actual space so you can see how they feel. If you're already working with a designer, we're happy to collaborate with them too.

Timeline depends on the scope — a tub-to-shower conversion moves faster than a full master bath with layout changes.
