Family-owned in Centreville, VA — 4.9 stars across 91 Google reviews for licensed, warranty-backed home interior renovation.
Meet the Owner
Family-owned interior home remodeling, led personally from the first walkthrough to the final detail.
Hi, I'm Alex Bautista, owner of Gigi Homes and Construction. I built this company in Centreville on a simple idea: a premium remodel shouldn't come with the fears people have learned to expect — the contractor who disappears, the house left in chaos, the budget that balloons after signing.
So I run every project the way I'd want work done in my own home. I walk you through material and design decisions patiently, put the full scope in writing before we start, and keep you updated in plain language at every step. My crew leaves the jobsite clean at the end of each day, and we keep your living space usable while we work.
We never bought that reputation with ads. We earned it — 4.9 stars across 91 Google reviews, almost all from referrals passed between neighbors in Centreville, Chantilly, Fair Lakes, and Fair Oaks. One client found us after another contractor abandoned her bathroom mid-project; we finished it beyond what she imagined. That's the standard I hold every job to: would this client recommend us over the fence? If the answer isn't yes, we're not done.
Why Gigi Homes
Homeowners come to us with three fears: a contractor who vanishes, a home left in disarray, and a bill that grows after signing. Here's how we remove each one.
On schedule from first walkthrough to final detail. One client came to us after a contractor abandoned her bathroom mid-project; we finished it beyond her expectations.
Your estimate spells out the full scope before work begins. If anything changes, we explain it and get your approval first — no hidden fees, ever.
We protect your living space and clean up every day we're there. Reviewers mention the spotless jobsites by name — one noted we even brought her trash cans in.
Alex Bautista guides every project personally — walking you through material selections, answering questions directly, and checking the work before it's called done.
Every remodel is licensed work that stands behind a guarantee and warranty. Premium craftsmanship you can verify, not just take our word for.
Larger kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations are within reach with financing available through Virginia Credit Union.

In Their Own Words
A 4.9-star rating across 91 Google reviews — built on punctual crews, spotless jobsites, and finished spaces clients say turned out better than they imagined.
Thank you to GiGi Homes & Construction for donating your time and helping clear the sidewalk on Machen Dr. Because of your generosity, our kids can now wait safely on the sidewalk instead of in the street. We truly appreciate your support of our community!

What can I say. Alex and his team did an incredible job with our hallway bathroom renovation. They were fast but thorough. Detail oriented. Clean. Courteous. Always on time. Stayed late when needed. This was a total gut job. Removing the bathtub and putting in a walk in shower. The process of picking out materials was super easy. We provided the inspiration, they provided the recommendations. All around an A+ experience. We will be starting a new project soon and Alex / GiGi Homes and Construction will be our go to provider. Thank you for everything!!!

We have really enjoyed working with Gigi Homes and Construction! The owner Alex and his crew are top notch. Very good design work, responsive, good craftsmanship and are about taking care of their clients. We renovated the entire garage, added a hot tub and electrical in the backyard too! He exceeded our expectations!

I needed to get my whole house painted (indoor and outdoor) along with a few other renovation items. They were quick to respond. Started work a few days after our initial consultation and we’re nothing short of professional. Definitely will be using their services again!

Alex is an absolute pleasure to work with! I had a great experience. Alex doesn’t just do the job, he does it with care, precision and attention to detail- almost like he is taking care of his own home. Alex and his team are professional and polite. He even brought back my trash cans back in (it was trash day) before he left which he didn’t have to do at all! If you want a reliable contractor, Alex is your man!
