Bathroom Remodeling in Centreville — Done Right
Premium craftsmanship, honest pricing, and a clean jobsite every day — from the family-owned contractor your Centreville neighbors already recommend.
Centreville's 4.9-Star Bathroom Remodel Team
Gigi Homes and Construction is a family-owned remodeling contractor providing full bathroom remodeling in Centreville, VA — including tile work, frameless glass showers, custom vanities, and heated floors. The work is licensed and warranty-backed, holds a 4.9-star Google rating across 91 reviews, and financing is available through Virginia Credit Union.
You know the fears that come with a remodel: a crew that disappears mid-project, a bathroom torn apart for months, a bill that keeps growing. We built our reputation by removing every one of them. Your estimate spells out the full scope in writing, your schedule is set before demo day, and if anything changes along the way, we explain it and get your approval first. As bathroom remodel contractors, we've finished projects other crews abandoned — and left clients saying the result was better than they imagined.
Owner Alex Bautista guides you through every selection personally — tile, fixtures, vanity finishes — so the design decisions feel easy, not overwhelming. Many Centreville homeowners pair their bathroom with a kitchen remodel, and we plan both under one clear scope. And because your home stays lived-in during the work, we protect your floors, contain the dust, and leave the space clean and walkable every single day. That same standard applies across every community we serve in Northern Virginia.

- Written scope and transparent pricing — no surprises

What can I say. Alex and his team did an incredible job with our hallway bathroom renovation. They were fast but thorough. Detail oriented. Clean. Courteous. Always on time. Stayed late when needed. This was a total gut job. Removing the bathtub and putting in a walk in shower. The process of picking out materials was super easy. We provided the inspiration, they provided the recommendations. All around an A+ experience. We will be starting a new project soon and Alex / GiGi Homes and Construction will be our go to provider. Thank you for everything!!!

Had renovations done to my bathroom and kitchen last month. From beginning to end, I had a great experience. Mr Bautista was patient as I was indecisive. He walked me through each step of planning. The contractor and crew, paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, and cared about keeping the remaining spaces useable. The final results, were beautiful. Better than I ever imagined. It all came within the budget we discussed. Plan on using them for finishing my basement. Would highly recommend.

I recently hired Gigi Homes to remodel my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. They helped me choose the right materials, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was done to perfection. The workmanship is excellent, and the bathroom looks stunning—modern, clean, and exactly how I envisioned it. What I appreciated most was their communication and respect for my home. They kept the work area tidy and made sure I was updated every step of the way. I highly recommend Gigi Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled remodeling company.

Bathroom Remodeling Questions Centreville Homeowners Ask Us
Before you hire anyone, you deserve straight answers about cost, timeline, and how the work actually affects your home. Here's what Centreville neighbors ask us most — answered the same way we'd answer over the fence. Have a question we didn't cover? Call Alex at (703) 675-7574.
Cost depends on the size of your bathroom, the finishes you choose, and how much of the layout changes — moving plumbing costs more than keeping fixtures where they are. Rather than guess, we visit your home, walk the space with you, and put the full scope in writing before any work begins. No hidden fees, and nothing changes without your approval first. Request a free quote and we'll give you real numbers for your specific bathroom.
Look at three things: verified reviews, real before-and-after photos, and whether they put scope and pricing in writing. Gigi Homes and Construction holds a 4.9-star Google rating across 91 reviews, and clients repeatedly mention punctuality, clean jobsites, and clear communication by name. We're family-owned and based right here in Centreville, so the people doing your remodel are accountable to the same community you live in. The work is licensed and warranty-backed.
You don't need to hire a separate designer — design guidance is part of how we work. Owner Alex Bautista walks you through material selections step by step: tile, vanities, fixtures, and layout options matched to your space and budget. If you're torn between finishes, we'll put samples in your actual bathroom so you can see them in your own light before deciding. No rush, no pressure — this is a decision you'll live with for years.
A bathroom under renovation goes offline during the work, but we keep the rest of your home clean, protected, and fully usable every day we're there. Our crews clean up at the end of each workday, and our reviews consistently mention spotless jobsites. We also tell you exactly what's happening today and what's coming tomorrow, so there are no surprises about dust, noise, or access.
Yes — financing is available through Virginia Credit Union for larger projects. During your consultation, we'll walk you through the option in plain language so you can decide if it fits your plans. It's there if it's helpful, never a sales tactic.
