Meet Your Builder
Family-owned in Centreville, VA — trust earned one satisfied client at a time.
Hi, I'm Alex Bautista, owner of Gigi Homes and Construction. I built this company on a simple standard: if I wouldn't accept it in my own home, I won't hand it over in yours. We never grew through ads — we grew because one finished kitchen, one spotless jobsite, one honest estimate led to the next neighbor's phone call. I'm personally on your project from the first walkthrough to the final detail. I'll guide you through material selections, keep your schedule and pricing in writing, and make sure your home stays clean and livable while we work. Every remodel we complete is licensed and warranty-backed, and our 4.9-star rating across 91 reviews reflects the only way I know how to do this: with care, communication, and craftsmanship that earns the recommendation.
What We Build
From designer bathrooms to custom kitchens, our home interior remodeling contractors handle every detail — design guidance, material selection, and premium finishes included. One experienced team, one clear plan, one beautiful result.
Why Neighbors Choose Gigi Homes
You've heard the contractor horror stories — vanishing crews, chaotic jobsites, budgets that balloon after signing. We built our entire company to make sure none of them happen in your home.
Your estimate spells out the full scope before work begins. If anything changes, we explain it and get your approval first — no hidden fees, no budget surprises after the contract is signed.
We show up when we say we will and finish what we start. Clients describe our work as fast but thorough — one project stayed on schedule even with last-minute scope changes.
Clean jobsites every day, protected living spaces, and courteous crews. Reviewers mention the small things — like bringing in a client's trash cans unprompted — because care shows in details.
Every project is completed by a licensed contractor and stands behind a guarantee. When we call it done, we stand behind it — for the long haul.
Our reputation wasn't bought with ads. It was earned one satisfied client at a time across Centreville, Chantilly, Fair Lakes, and Fair Oaks — and it's all on Google in their own words.
Larger renovation in mind? Financing is available through Virginia Credit Union, and we'll walk you through the options in plain language — no pressure, just a clear path forward.
Our Work
Every detail below came from a real Northern Virginia home — tile lines checked twice, joinery done right, finishes we'd put in our own house. This is the standard interior remodeling contractors should be held to.
How We Work
You'll know what's happening in your home every day of your remodel — what we did, what's next, and exactly what it costs. Here's how we keep it that way.
Step 01
We walk your space together, listen to what you want from the room, and answer every question straight. You'll leave the conversation knowing what's possible — no pressure, no sales script.
Step 02
You get everything in writing: materials, schedule, and price. If something changes mid-project, we explain it first. No work happens and no cost changes until you say yes.
Step 03
Alex guides you through cabinetry, tile, countertops, and finishes step by step. We bring samples into your actual light so the decision feels easy — and right for years.
Step 04
Our crew shows up on schedule, protects your living space, and leaves the jobsite clean and walkable every day. We finish with a walkthrough together — and warranty-backed work behind it.

Our reputation was built over the fence, one remodel at a time. Here's what homeowners across Centreville, Chantilly, and Fair Lakes tell their neighbors about working with us.
Thank you to GiGi Homes & Construction for donating your time and helping clear the sidewalk on Machen Dr. Because of your generosity, our kids can now wait safely on the sidewalk instead of in the street. We truly appreciate your support of our community!

What can I say. Alex and his team did an incredible job with our hallway bathroom renovation. They were fast but thorough. Detail oriented. Clean. Courteous. Always on time. Stayed late when needed. This was a total gut job. Removing the bathtub and putting in a walk in shower. The process of picking out materials was super easy. We provided the inspiration, they provided the recommendations. All around an A+ experience. We will be starting a new project soon and Alex / GiGi Homes and Construction will be our go to provider. Thank you for everything!!!

We have really enjoyed working with Gigi Homes and Construction! The owner Alex and his crew are top notch. Very good design work, responsive, good craftsmanship and are about taking care of their clients. We renovated the entire garage, added a hot tub and electrical in the backyard too! He exceeded our expectations!

I needed to get my whole house painted (indoor and outdoor) along with a few other renovation items. They were quick to respond. Started work a few days after our initial consultation and we’re nothing short of professional. Definitely will be using their services again!

Alex is an absolute pleasure to work with! I had a great experience. Alex doesn’t just do the job, he does it with care, precision and attention to detail- almost like he is taking care of his own home. Alex and his team are professional and polite. He even brought back my trash cans back in (it was trash day) before he left which he didn’t have to do at all! If you want a reliable contractor, Alex is your man!

Small additions that make a finished space feel custom-built for your family. We'll walk you through which ones earn their place in your home — and which ones don't.
IllustrationWarm tile underfoot on cold Virginia mornings. Radiant heat installs beneath your new bathroom floor, so comfort is built in from day one.
IllustrationA clean, open look that makes even modest bathrooms feel larger. Custom-measured glass with no bulky frame to collect grime.
IllustrationCabinets built for your kitchen's exact walls, corners, and routines — not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Storage where your family actually needs it.
IllustrationWarm, even light across your countertops for prep work and late evenings. A small upgrade that changes how the whole kitchen feels after dark.
IllustrationNew square footage deserves real comfort. We extend your heating and cooling so an addition stays the same temperature as the rest of your home.
IllustrationWindow seats, bookcases, and media walls crafted to fit your room precisely. Built-ins add storage and character that furniture never quite matches.
